About us

Primelinks Compliance is operated by Primelinks Solutions Ltd, company number 17088688, registered office 20 Ruckholt Road, London E10 5NP, United Kingdom.

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general information about property-compliance services and is not a substitute for property-specific legal, technical or professional advice. Compliance requirements can depend on the building, occupancy, location, contractual arrangements and current law or guidance.

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every page will reflect every change in law, guidance, local licensing or technical standards immediately. Where a requirement is important to a particular property or transaction, it should be checked against the current official source and the circumstances of that property.

Quotations and contract formation

A website enquiry does not by itself create a contract. A quotation or service proposal may set out the scope, price, assumptions, timescale, access requirements and any service-specific terms. A contract is formed only when the quotation or proposal is accepted in the manner stated and, where applicable, any required payment or confirmation has been received.

If a written quotation or service-specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the written quotation or agreement takes priority for that service.

Our role and third-party professionals

Primelinks may act as the commercial and coordination point for property-compliance work. Regulated, specialist or competence-dependent work is carried out by appropriately qualified, registered, accredited or otherwise competent professionals where the relevant service requires this. The identity and role of the professional may be stated in the quotation, appointment information, report or certificate.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information, identifying known hazards or access restrictions, making the necessary areas reasonably accessible at the agreed time, obtaining any permissions needed for access or intrusive work, and telling us about information that could materially affect the service.

Appointments, access and delays

Appointment times and completion dates may depend on access, site conditions, availability of suitably qualified professionals, laboratory or third-party turnaround times and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If access is unavailable or a visit cannot proceed safely, the appointment may need to be rearranged and reasonable additional costs may apply where these were explained in advance or arise directly from the failed attendance.

Reports, certificates and remedial work

Reports, certificates and inspection findings relate to the scope and condition of the property at the time of the relevant inspection or assessment. A report may identify further investigation, limitations, defects or remedial actions. Unless specifically included in the accepted quotation, remedial work, re-inspection, additional sampling, specialist access and follow-up certification are separate services.

Prices and payment

Prices, payment timing and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or order confirmation. Where the scope changes after booking, we will seek to explain any material price change before additional work is carried out where reasonably practicable.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements may vary by service and will be stated in the quotation or booking information where relevant. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that principle, responsibility for any service will be assessed by reference to the agreed scope, the information reasonably available at the time, the applicable professional standard and any limitations clearly stated in the report, certificate, quotation or appointment documentation.

Intellectual property

The website design, original text, branding and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Primelinks Solutions Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own lawful use, but you must not reproduce substantial parts of the website for commercial use without permission.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies is available in our Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These general website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected.
